This high profile project required close collaboration with the site team from the earliest stages and drew on our experience of translating client drawings into construction reality.

Patterns & Moulds prepared hundreds of individual manufacturing drawings and general arrangements before manufacturing timber master patterns and GRP shutters. Variations in angles meant that there was very little potential for re-use of the shuttering and what re-use was possible had to be very carefully planned and specifically allocated.

Weekly deliveries to meet program requirements and constant communication with the site, ensured our shutters matched the exacting client & architect demands, in forming the main concourse on four levels around the new national stadium.
