Large facetted cladding panels replicating a textured rock face around the perimeter of this shopping complex.

This project initially involved manufacturing 3 rubber lined timber moulds for trial units, once approved full production of the remaining 5 moulds commenced, each unit measured approximately 10m x 3m and weighed over 20 tonnes each.

PU rubber mats textured to give the appearance of a rock face. Each rubber mat was specifically cast to size and shape at Reckli’s fact ory in Germany, to templates provided by P&M.
