P&M produce master moulds for composite elements & grp mouldings, along with the manufacture of finished grp mouldings for the construction, automotive, aerospace, marine & wind energy industries.

This project involved CNC machining a large scale Aft End master pattern, manufactured in 0.65 density epoxy based Seamless modelling paste on a expanded polystyrene substrate all mounted on a timber base framework. Shown here finished to 240 grit prior to final primer and gloss coatings being undertaken by our customer after delivery of the pattern.
