We provided master tooling for the new rear section of a coach, manufactured from seamless paste mounted onto a polystyrene substrate.

Machined on a 0.5mm step over and initially finished by hand to 240 grit prior to primer coats and high gloss coats being applied. The piece was ultimately finished to 1000 grit and polished to a high gloss mirror finish.
